ABOUT ME

As a certified Coaching professional I specialize in helping mothers reconnect with themselves and their goals to find the job they love whilst maintaining a balanced work- family life . I coach my clients in a way that utilizes hands on methods as well as providing a space where they can create change on a deeper level. I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. I was finding it hard to pinpoint a job that would truly bring me fulfillment. Particularly with combining it with the care of my two young boys. The techniques I used and developed were successful and people began asking me for help with their own challenges.
